If they just want virtual hosting, and dont mind it being in the states, I
highly suggest http://linuxwebhost.com I have used them and re-sold for them
for over a year now, and their service has always been perfect, they use
cobalt raqs which are brilliant virtual hosts, and have a range of plans
starting from as little as $7.95US pm or through a reseller for as little as
$4.00US pm, which is amazingly cheap for what they offer, inc cgi-bin,
50pop3 email accounts, mailing lists, ssh etc etc.
The only thing they cant provide is dialup access, in which case I suggest a
phone and internet account with dingoblue, whoich gives unlimited (as in I
was connected for 3weeks straight once) dialup for $25 pm, plus cheaper
calls.
