There's a rather good volume entitled "The SuSE Linux Installation
and Configuration handbook".
Ok, it's SuSE specific, as opposed to beind DeadRat specific like
most others, but it gives you a good grounding in the basics, and
even helped me solve a few niggling problems with networking.
