What an interesting concept - Microsoft being FORCED to provide support for
their buggy shit, instead of their normal tactic.

For those not of the Evilware-using fraternity, it works like this;

1. Discover a "bug" in a M$ application (tel's assume that it is a REAL
bug, and not a user error and that you can PROVE this)

2. Call M$ and report this, asking for a fix. Even PROVE to them that it's
a bug in their software.

3. They will charge you $65 just to talk to you about it, and will close
the call when THEY believe the problem has been resolved to THEIR satisfaction.

4. Assuming you PROVE that it's a bug, they claim they will investigate it
and, if they agree, will refund the $65.

Don't know ANYONE who has ever received a refund from them.

Mind you, also don't know of ANY problem that they have admitted to being
their fault either...
