Interesting you mention that - the "dealer Nit For Resale" copy of Office
2000 Development Edition (the one above Professional) is $295.
A friend, who is a Microsoft Direct Access member, bought one for his own
use.... Remember how M$ said that you would only be able to open the
application(s) 50 times before a mandatory registration process kicked in
? Well, they left that code OUT of the NFR edition.
Probably the most copied set of disks in existance now.... And given the
inflated price of the retail product, do you blame them ?
