I have recently installed a Windows system with Mandrake Linux from the APC
pocketbook CD. While Mandrake boots well and runs nicely, Windows refuses to
boot and hangs the system attempting to do so.
The configuration for the hard drives is as follows.

hda1 - swap drive [active]
hda5 - ext2 (Mandrake)
hdb1 - fat32 [active] (Windows 98SE)
hdb5 - fat32 data (Windows programs)

I've checked the conf files, and they show up correctly. Additionally, the
windows partitions are mounted under Mandrake and I have no problem both
reading from and writing to those partitions.
If I swap hda and hdb, Windows boots straight up, so the drive is definitely
bootable.
  Any ideas?
