A 486 is fine for this.
There is a nice O'Reilly's book on Firewalls, very good for the

http://www.cetus.com.au (will redirect) will sell you the CD.
Just install the minimal stuff (selection), then roll out only what you
need.

A 486 does fine for a firewall {:-).

Just download the rpm if you find it missing.
If you buy a RH version, you are paying for support. You need to read
exactly what support means. I once had words with RH over support meaing
"the software is on the hard disk - the rest is your problem". I've
never purchased their packages since.
