If you don't have SSL installed on the machine at the installation time,
Webmin defaults to http - to enable https, make sure SSL is installed
and running peoperly, and then (assuming you have a "default:
installation, edit /etc/webmin/miniserv.conf.

Change the line SSL=0 to SSL=1 - you can also change your port (the
default is 10000).

Go to the directory you have webmin installed in and issue a webmin-init
restart
