I've altered to:
<Location /server-status>
SetHandler server-status
Order allow,deny
Allow from localhost
Deny from all
</Location>
# service httpd reload
Reloading httpd: [ OK ]
but still get as before :
# lynx 127.0.0.1/server-status
403 Forbidden
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /server-status on this server.
