It is in the Australian mirrors although I'm not exactly sure which one. Go to the repository in your browser and hunt around a b it, you can always just download the debs (you'll need kernel headers too). Once you have the packages installed you'll need to look at the README and README.Debian files in the relevant /usr/share/doc/ directories.
