I've been using this mirror recently, and it's good, but I often notice a connection reset while getting the testing/main packages list. Running apt-get update again usually cures the problem. I would have thought it was some sort of problem with my machine or connection but it happens with the Debian boxes at work too (through a different ISP). Odd.
