I think SLUG ought to be quite choosy about where it spends it's money.
SLUG does not have a revenue stream that allows for spending on impulse.
Perhaps we ought to ask some questions, such as:

- How many solutions has Computerbank NSW / Sydney actually delivered in
the last 12 months? 

- What would be Computerbank's long term storage funding plan once
SLUG's / LA's money runs out?

The committee ought to think long and hard about where it invests SLUG's
money and investigate thoroughly just how effective that investment will
be for the SLUG community at large.
