Yes, you are not alone.
Filters work in Evolution 1.4, but do not seem to be automatically invoked. I find I have to ctrl-A to Select All, then ctrl-Y to apply filters. Once manually initiated, the filter rules work fine, but they do not seem to trigger automatically. The setup has Evolution 1.4 on RHEL via MAPI from Exchange. (really)
