No, nothing so wonderful. Sometimes constable plod just has to strike it
lucky and that was the case in the US. They found a list of "credit card
details" of people who had purchasesd from a site, then they just
informed other governments who raided the addresses connected with the
credit cards and found evidence to satisfy local courts.
