vlans are fine. but seriously in an internet cafe, just rebuild the machines every day. imaging or scripted builds are possible. netbooting the whole os makes rebuilding pretty easy. just depends on how you set it up etc, but just don't consider the client oses worth keeping would be my strategy. scales better too.
