yes, been running the Turion variant of the AMD64 (acer 5000 aspire series ... laptop) for more than 5 months now (and its on for over 8 hrs /day at times) used ubuntu, suse 9 32bit, suse 10.1 rc1 64bit, mandrake 10 (32/64), and using debian AMD64 (sarge... amd64 port).. no complaints fully functional, wireless too... also tried fc5, no complaints > on board AC97 sound not seen (recognised, configurable) > use a sound card, then the module get unloaded (!) reload > modprobe snd_ens1371 > works for a bit. > ethernet card stops ethernetting. ifconfig looks good, but acts as if the > cable is out.
