Does slug have a view on what, if any, should be the open source input to 2020 (http://www.australia2020.gov.au/topics/infrastructure.cfm)?
There's was a brief article in the popular economic press (http://business.smh.com.au/lateral-thinking-should-be-given-some-latitude/20080222-1u1r.html) suggesting the wider adoption of open source technologies should be considered.
