Thank to everyone (named and unnamed :))

I've reinspected the caps and updated the BIOS.

It generally runs well as long as I don't have any
RAM chips in other than the first slot. The GUI
can freeze if I play a flash game for 10+ minutes
(a test I was running, of course :) and sometimes
it requires a hard reboot (!) if that happens.
However the person I'm giving it to doesn't need
it to play flash games and so should be okay.

Again, thanks to everyone for their help. Much
appreciated.
