Hi, Sorry, while this was very informative, it is the meeting notes for the ITSC TC Discussion on OOXML last month, not the details about the actual vote.
The optimistic predictions made in the article that Singapore would vote No did not happen. Did ITSC even take that discussion into consideration? Thanks!
