And I hope all the council members take neutral stand, and not being swayed or biased. If that is the case, then it's suggested the council members be replaced by neutral members.

Do the council members know in details about the technical comments submitted by the technical committee, or they are modded based on political situation, which disregard the technical votes, even if 100% in technical committee voted No with comments, will they submit No with comments or insist in abstention or Yes with comments. We need details why the votes have changed. What are the underlying reasons for it? And also if there's hidden reasons, should it be investigate promptly. And by the way, due to the unreasonable ooxml ISO process, it should be halted instead of continuing to the next stage, that is the BRM. We need clarification. And I hope investigation should point out the reasons or perhaps culprits(no cover up or so). May the ISO process be fair, and neutral.
