Hi, I would recommend Newmediaexpress for domain registration, they have been very helpful in helping me even if its not domain related domain. if i am not wrong, they charges $50 per year for .com.sg
there is some people including myself are their sgnic reseller which allow us to register domain for 25% off. If you are interested in registering domain, i do not mind helping you with it.
