I have used vooju.com , (used to run all freebsd servers). The website and 
service is good.

Webvisions is good too, except for their sucky ancient (coded in 1980's  ??) 
cgi scripts. I think they have very good pricing too (IIRC I paid $44/domain 
recently)

I am webhosting with Usonyx, their service is really good. If they do domain 
reg. , check out Usonyx.

I have not had good experience with Adicio.net and Cybersite ...
