Haha, sorry, I was blur too ... here's an excerpt from Starhub's FAQ page,
stating that they are re-hauling their backend infrastructure. Personally I
don't think it makes much of a difference, but of course I could be wrong.
Is StarHub's HSPA network capacity ready to support its growing MaxMobile
customer base?
StarHub will boost its current mobile broadband capacity 1.5 times to
downlink speeds of up to 21Mbps (from the current 14.4Mbps), and over
five times its uplink speeds of up to 11Mbps (currently 1.9Mbps).
In addition, StarHub plans to expand its mobile base station capacity
to at least 3,500 base stations in support of its 1.8 million mobile
customers. The network expansion and upgrade is part of StarHub's S$200
million enhancement of its 3G/3.5G network to support higher downlink
and uplink speeds. To compliment this upgrade, StarHub is
re-engineering its backhaul infrastructure and international links to
enhance its current high-speed fixed and mobile broadband throughputs.

I can't give a definitive answer, and there is none. Theoretically, Starhub has
the best infrastructure capacity - DOCSIS 3.0/100Mbps and all - to achieve the
highest speeds. Singtel, using phone lines, are limited to the theoretically
limit of ADSL2+ (25Mbps). Other
Roger. Sorry, I wasn't clear though - what I was actually looking for is a
comparison of the 3G ISPs. It seems from another discussion thread that
Singtel is faster/more reliable than M1. Any idea about how Starhub compares?
