Hi Lennart, I have some questions for you so I can help you:
Have you tried to set DebugFlags=Priority in slurm.conf to get some more info about priorities on slurmctld.log? Are your priorities being recalculated every "PriorityCalcPeriod" (in slurm.conf as well, default is 5 min)? If not, do you have Accounting enabled?
