Working directory is available at least (sacct -o workdir). To see
everything there is an "all". So something like this shows all fields
with '|' (parsable -P) and one line per job (-X):
sacct -j JOBID -X -P -o all
My script "showjob" in
https://github.com/OleHolmNielsen/Slurm_tools/tree/master/jobs shows also
the completed job's working directory from the database (using sacct -o
workdir).
