Jerry, Basically, when you install the simplemonitor it create a file called MAC.txt under the program files\smartbridges\airPointPRO directory. There is no way this file will disappear from that directory.

SimpleMonitor will not create the file if it's not found. Create a blank file some other way first and "Save File" works fine and saves correctly.
