nope, dead to the world after it finally goes out. It seems to start by just locking up, then after about a week or 2 it wont connect to another Ethernet device. I have tried new injectors and new termination on the cat5 that comes with the unit. These are units with stock 50' of cat5, no extra added.

I have had units mess up but never noticed the ethernet port going out. Does the ethernet port come back after you power cycle the unit?

Just wondering,
Jerry

we have had 3 units die from Ethernet port failure. Is this common? all units were installed according to spec, and a APC Ethernet surge protector added for extra protection. Antennas were all plastic but we put a ground wire on the connector housing. (grounded antennas are code around here)
