Since we are purchasing our Cat 5 cable now, smartBridges should at least have a source where we can buy at a good price

That is correct. I had a couple with the ether net dead problem. Replaced them only to have one reset itself. Then "shielded" the wires. I actually just ran bare wire with the cable runs and then grounded it and have not had a problem at that site since. Now that you guys don't supply the cable with the outdoor radios I bet you are going to suggest to people that they should use the more expensive STP as part of the ideal installation.
