I had that happen to one of mine as well reset it did everything remained deaf but this was at a clients house by the time I drove back to the office slammed it on the table really pissed off and came back 2 hours later it magically was working.

Never seen that.
Make sure you try resetting it (let the light cycle at least 4 times) a
couple of times. I've seen that fix a few strange problems with them.
