Here's a wiring guide I like. http://www.linearconcepts.com/etc/lan/wiring2.asp Actually has 3D pics of the plug. I **always** stick with T568B. (Tranzeo.. pay attention on this one!) It's commonplace. It works. You can re-crimp a cable and not have to squint and wonder what the heck the other person was thinking when s/he crimped it the first time. (do this once or twice and you'll be a believer!)
