I have the exact same issue. What are you running for routers and firewalls on the client side and at your end? Do you use PPPoE? This problem is only present with clients that use smartBridges radios. This has been proven by exchanging a client's radio for a WET11. It runs flawless with the WET11 but fails the second I put the airBridge back. The exact same antenna, pigtails and cat5 is used. The only change is the POE and the radio itself.

I am absolutely certain that this is not a DNS issue. Initial thoughts were MTU or MSS. Tweaking the MTU to 1452 and the MSS to 1412 seems to fix the issue for some but not all. If I reset the airbridge back to factory defaults and reconfig it works again. Burning defaults with simpleDeploy then restoring to defaults will fix it as well. Both fixes are temporary lasting only a few hours at best.

Lately we've been having this weird problem where the customer will work fine for a few days or weeks
then suddenly they can't get to major websites (i.e. yahoo, cnn, lycos, and can't even get to wyoming.com
which is on our own network), but they can get to google, foxnews and others.
If we change the MTU in their computer or router to 832 it works again.

Has anybody else run into this?

Does anybody know what the MTU setting in the ABO or Total is?

To make it even more confusing, if I plug my laptop into the customers network
it works fine without the need to change the MTU.
