time and it's stayed exactly at the new level ever since. This is
not environmental I don't think. :-)
Personally, I suspect that the customer did do something, even
if they don't know it. The SNR is still pretty good, so the link
probably still works well for them. A drop that dramatically, that
suddenly, means that someone did something. Maybe they didn't
move the radio, but maybe they moved a metal piece of furniture
in the way. Perhaps they put tinfoil in the window to reflect the
sunshine. Perhaps they installed new aluminium siding on the
house. Someone did something to reduce the Signal Strength. :-)

Then...as of midnight last night, his RSSI dropped to 52% and has
stayed solid at that level ever since?? He told me that he did not
move the unit.
