We understand that the new units that you have been receiving problems and this is not particularly indicate the latest patch of ABO, but we are investigating the issue further. Please kindly send us your list ABO’s MAC addresses which is not working especially with respect to the latest patch which you have received and with Distributor where you purchased. With the above info will help us to do some tracking with the date of manufacture and also batch of shipment to every distributor. We appreciate you help and co operation in this matter.

Problem is the excessively high failure rate of the ABs....we ordered two and one had the guts rolling around like a brick inside the case and the other died as soon as we flashed it to the older code to allow PPPoE. The first few we bought were great...this last batch from the new factory not so great.
We've elected to switch to all APs and hope the quality stays consistant on them.
