Title: RE: [smartBridges] Weird Characters in ESSID and Loss of association

I HAVE seen this whenever I do a remote essid change and it fails, maybe the text isn't being sent properly but in this case it messes up quite often. Once it messed up and I could swear it was screwed up but they reset it and it associated properly I don't know if it just was sent properly but not associated or it's a messed up command that the unit has to be rebooted after a essid change and it doesn't do it properly.

What could this be seeni?

One thing I don't do, is install any utility that allows them to get
involved in any way with the radio gear. The less they know the better we
all are.
Of course we always retain ownership of the radio.
I even do that with the gateway router in most cases, even though they do
buy that from me.
In most cases all we have to do is tell them to reboot their pc, gateway
router, or radio when they stop working.
