It could be the noisy power source or some spike that cause the memory
to corrupt. Check if there is proper grounding and clean power supply.

No, this isn't what happened. There is no software on these computers
for 
the person to be able to log into the airbridge with. I have to take my 
laptop to them and login to the AB and reassociate it myself.

Can anyone at SB shed light on this?
