I've got a customer with an AB Outdoor unit that I cannot ping. The unit is working fine; they can get out to the net and I can ping their firewall but I can't ping (or get SNMP data from) the ABO. I _can_ see the unit on the SimpleMonitor and login to it fine. The IP is correct, the gateway is correct. Any ideas?
