Not sure who you talked to or what they were quoting prices on, but call 
back and ask for prefix cwc, part # 5exho4p24bkrmohpv. You should get a 
different story from what you are quoting.

Just went through this since sB is not shipping their radios with 
50' 

runs of cat5 anymore (this is a good thing). John is right, Graybar 
has 

1000' spools for about $120. It's the good, gooey gel-filled type 
that 

is harder to crimp, but I think I'll be glad I'm using it.
