All devices must has unique IP address and the IP will broadcast across the network. IP conflict can occur easily if device A and device B or any machine mis-configure or accidentally has the same IP address.

Really? Ok exploring that concept. We hard code SB device IP's to 192.168.101.0/24 addresses, and the AP's (Cisco) are on the same subnet (192.168.101.0/24. All transparent. User's systems are using DHCP to a public IP 68.88.28.0/23. Where is there an IP conflict?
