[smartBridges] Tell me your horror stories about the AirBridge Total

We going to try out an AirBridge Total here soon and want to know if 
anyone has any horror stories about them.  Usually everyone says how 
great something is but this time I am looking for the bad news, how may 
have you had to return, went dead, bugs in the firmware, etc.

Lay it on me so I know what to look out for.
