No horror stories here either. Just some learning mistakes on my part and one ranting/conspiracy theory email because I have one ABO that I could not get into/wouldn't work for 2 weeks(and it was an important client). SB techsupport gave me a recovery tool that seemed to work. I think that the FW upgrade got corrupt and I can get into it now. Other than that I think the majority of issues are installation/environment related (electricity, grounding, power,etc...) with some actual QC issues that SB seems to be looking into.
