For our backhaul we use 22mb ATM's from adaptive broadband, we use them in Ethernet mode but are probably going to buy some ATM switches to use the full speed... we are even thinking of buying some bad ass 150mb radios from them for our primary pop sites, they have 100 and 150mb links the 150's require a special link while the 100's are full duplex fast Ethernet :)

I hate that . . . I think I recall Bellsouth only does Frame-relay.
It'll work. It's setup similar to a T-1, but the guarantees and the
routing are different. It really doesn't affect your setup, other than
what you can tell your customers as far as bandwidth.
We used it at one point for a business I worked for. It was okay except
we later discovered that we were only guaranteed 64k, but could burst to
512K. This was okay, until we expanded our use of the Internet.

T-1
I'm not a fan of Frame-relay. If the POP you are connect through is
maxed out, then you will only get your guaranteed minimum. It's great
as a backup because of the way they can reroute you. Just my .02.
