Hi Steve, Here are the answers for your questions. Will a client radio automatically reassociate once it is powered on again?  Yes, based on the configuration settings, the client radio automatically re-associates to the AP. If the unit is configured as a DHCP client, then it will look for the primary port(wireless or Ethernet) and get the lease from the DHCP server.   If it does repower and does not get a address will it get the 192.168.0.22 address? If configured as DHCP client, it will request the DHCP lease through the primary port. The primary port configuration is important when configuring as a DHCP client. If the device unable to locate any DHCP server in the network, it will assign automatically as the above IP address.   What will it take to get a DHCP address back? Select the option, obtain IP address automatically and set the configuration.   Last question is that SB Totals are being used at the clients location eve mounted or mounted on a 5ft pole, are there many issues with these and heat? are they not as rugged as the SB outdoors? The operating temperature of the SBTotal is about 0 – 65 deg. The current setup is that both the client Radios (SB-total) and the client computers are receiving DHCP addresses. I guess I have some concerns about this layout. While I imagine it is fine for the client PC to get one, but as for the client radio I see red flags there.
