Comcast has bought out my AT&T connection. My email has changed. I have subscribed with my new email. I cannot remove my old email. Could you please remove [EMAIL PROTECTED] from the mailing list so I do not receive duplicate messages? The old address will still forward. Thanks for your help.

Both of you seem to experience the same issue and we are getting to the bottom on this issue. Can you advise how old are these units and their Mac address? Before we have the fix for it, please let us know whether you want to do RMA directly with us and we will make sure the units are screened for the replacement units. Both of you are qualified for this special RMA arrangement. If yes, pls complete the RMA form. Once RMA is approved, we will cross ship the replacement to you. As a way to expressing our support to you, we will add complimentary unit for you.
