4 different speed tests that can be added to your website (just pick the one of your choice that works with your platform be it IIS with php or with only asp or Apache with PHP or CGI or any other platform that can run php, asp or cgi's). Or you can use the Mikrotik tool run this win32 app on a windows machine on both end of the link or if you have a Mikrotik router you can enable the bw testserver on the mikrotik box and just run the Win32 application on the other end. The Mikrotik tool can test uploads as well as download and test udp and tcp so a very accurate test tool.
