Chris....Have you tried pinging the radio's that freeze up. We have 3 APO that were freezing up. We started a ping to all three radio's and they haven't skipped a beat since nor have they needed to be rebooted.

Thanks.........Dan

Chris,

I've had an airpoint indoor as a backhaul in CB mode and it has yet to
fail. It has been running straight for 2 1/2 months now (at a solar powered
wipop). That's what I call reliable! :)

I keep getting the feeling that the lockup problems that many of us have
been having are due to bad power input and not conditioning the power
sufficiently.

I have a water tower that gets knocked out once or twice a week! I have to
manually head over there and reset it. I'm in the process of building an
on-line UPS (via battery charge controller, deep cycle batteries, and the
works) and I have a feeling that once I do that my troubles will be gone.

I'll keep you updated..

cheers,

Paul

Subject: RE: [smartBridges] How to find the associated speed on the repeater
and client radio

You can't this is a feature I have asked SB for, for the last 3
SimpleMonitor and simpleNMS releases but have yet to see then again I still
wait for that Airpoint upgrade :( I was wondering does anyone know if the
Airpoint indoor in clientbridge has the same freezing problem as the
Airbridge indoors?

Hi,

How can I find out the associated speed of my repeater?

Is there any place in the simple monitor which tells the speed the repeater or the client is associated to AP?

Thanks, Tushar
