Is there any rule of thumb of limit speeds vs actual throughput. I mean, If I limit someone to 516 down, they don't see 516 they see around 4 something.

Currently, you HAVE to put the users in a QUEUE. Each queue you can limit bandwidth, however, you have to create a queue for each user. Otherwise, if you say, they get 256, and you put 10 people in that queue. They are all sharing 256. The next version of BriLan due out in January is going to have per MAC or IP bandwidth restrictions, plus more than 128 queues.
