Jerry,
First off, what kind of connectivity do they want
to get? Second off, I could see a problem with the IPs being Nated,
however, you could just tell him to use your IP address that you have assigned
and it should work fine. Second, if both his network and the business
network are 10.0.100.xx the problem is that they would have to be bridging the
networks in order to get any connectivity. If they have a firewall or NAT
in place at the business, I don't know how they are going to get around
it. Typically, if they are VPNing into there business network, they will
need a different IP on the home network, such as 10.0.101.xxx for there VPN box
to route.
