Alex - you're correct.
I can get it to work with an airbridge outdoor, but not with an indoor.
When I use a static IP on the client, I can't reach the dhcp server from the
client, even though I am associated with the access point (which is a
repeater. This repeater is associated (good signal strength, solid
association) through the access point - other clients get their dhcp address
through the same ap/repeater combo. I only have one airbridge indoor right
now (more on the way) so I can't test with another airbridge indoor right
now.
I have set the dhcp port to both ethernet and wireless, and the configuration
port is set to both ethernet and wireless (till I get it to work)
When I bring the unit home, I can associate it with my linksys wap11, and it
hands out a client address just fine. This seems very wierd to me.
I am using simpleMonitor 1.5, and firmware 1.04
I'll work on the trace from dhcp server side.
