[smartBridges] airPoint question

We just got all of our equipment installed on the water tower and went live last night.  We can talk to our backhaul units (Trango Link10) and three of our four airPoints, but we can't see the fourth airPoint.  While on the water tower last night our tech said all the lights on the airPoint were on, the blue light was flashing.  But we can't find it with simpleMonitor, just three of the four units.  They are all set the same except for the channels, which are 1,4,8, and 11.  We can see everything except the one on channel 11.  Anyone got any suggestions on what to check first, what might be the problem?   Thanks, Gloria www.vsswireless.net
