LOL! I would be laughing harder, but, I was driving (scouting towers) in the area south of us, and I saw 2 bran spanking new Water towers. drove up to them (to see if they had contact info) and saw they were still being painted and coated, they were still under construction! Anyways, they workers had the tallest ladders I've ever seen! they are 40' ladders, with extensions! they can telescope up to 60'.
