I have an APPO that I cannot log into, even after using the recovery program. The blue light blinks slowly and steadily as if it has lost association. I first tried resetting it with the powershot, and then used the recovery program. (And the reset it some more when I still couldn't log in.)
Any ideas of something else to try? Also, (Smartbridges Support Staff) I am clear out of spare APPOs. Do you know when Electrocomm (or any of your vendors) will have more in? I have submitted two RMAs so far and have two more to submit. As you can imagine I am very uncomfortable having no spares.
